Custom Orders
- Can I use any other design?
- Currently only our custom designs can be used.
- Are the design colors changeable?
- This isn't that color changing horse from the Wizard of Oz. Currently the presented color selections are the only design colors/combinations available.
- Can I personalize the text?
- YES! You can add your own text. Woo-hoo! Our first answer with a "YES!"
- Can I reproduce your designs?
- All the designs are property of Design It Gear and cannot be reproduced without the written authorization of Design It Gear. Do you have grandiose plans for the designs? Do you work for the media and want to feature us? Do you just want a giant wall-size image? We haven't said no, ask us. (email address at the top of the page)
Shipping the Order
- How long will it take to process my order?
- Your order should leave our hands and be shipped to you in 10-14 days if you live in the USA. Yeah, that seems far-off, but this is custom, man!
- Can I track my order?
- We could lie for this one. Your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail which does not have tracking. But you will get an email alert the day the order is shipped. But we didn't lie.
Payment and More
- What payment methods do you accept?
- One. Paypal.
- Is there a minimum order?
- NO! Woo-hoo! Design It Gear will ship just one (1) item. In the USA we offer a simple policy, $5.95 flat-rate shipping. Order as many items as you want, and pay just the simple rate. See the shipping chart. YES, you can get a different design on each different item if that's what you want.
- Final Question: Do you eat your oreo's whole or twist them open?
